Olympus Corsair

A resort-style apartment complex! Service requests have been fixed quickly, the amenities are usually cleaned and well-maintained, airport noise is surprisingly unnoticeable but the walls are thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors (doesn’t bother me tho). Parking situation is great, never had an issue with neither my car or guests. Good location for students, close enough to everything in the city and Uber to downtown is cheap. Neighbors are mostly nice and considerate. Overall, very happy I’ve moved here and hope to stay here for a long time :)

We couldn't have been happier with our move-in process, and Amanda Moore at the front made everything so seamless! She has been very communicative and extremely helpful both in-person and through email, and made sure to go the extra mile to ensure that our new home was ready and perfect for us! Whenever she wasn't in the office, she made sure everyone else at the front knew what to expect. Christina has been very friendly and helpful as well and she made sure we would be happy in our new homes too! We love living here so far. The neighbors are super friendly, quiet, and respectful. You can reach out to a resident on the main website to get a promo/discount code and obtain helpful info about the property before moving in. Winston, the maintenance manager, is very great at his job and makes sure everything is in tip-top shape! Parking has never been an issue for me and we love the EV charging stations on each floor that makes it super convenient. The amenities are awesome, and has a very resort-like atmosphere. Our unit itself is very spacious with lots of cabinets and storage space, including a separate storage room that comes with each unit! Definitely check out Olympus Corsair for a tour, and you won't be disappointed.

Where do i begin...this place has so may problems, constant fire alarms, water shut offs, overflowing trash, dog feces and urine everywhere and just poor management. I have been living at Olympus Corsair since 2015. When I first moved in it was Broadstone Corsair, and managed by a different company. It was amazing!! The grounds were always kept clean and threw amazing events and it was just awesome. A company from Texas bought it a few years later and it has been all down hill from there. As mentioned before it has a myriad of problems that are just nonstop and never ending. I am currently dealing with a mold issue within my apartment that they haven't fixed. I asked to move out of the apartment because of these issues and they essentially told me no, I would have to stick it out. I have a 10 year old son as well. He and I are constantly getting sick from the mold and still they insist on me staying just so they can collect the rent. Absolutely horrible, don't just look at the property and make a decision; ask the residents, if you see one there, and they'll tell you the truth.

Out of all the apartments I have lived in the past 10 years, this is easily one of the best. I had one of the most seamless move-in experiences here. Cristina, my leasing consultant, was and is always super responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. There were times she answered my questions before I could even think of it! Not only is she efficient and professional, she is also so caring and makes me feel important. Even when she was out of the office, she would inform her coworkers of our situation, so they knew exactly what I was calling for each time. I joke that I wish my doctor's office operated as well as the leasing office does. We are so lucky to have Cristina, as well as the rest of the leasing team, at Olympus. The apartment itself was in excellent condition when we moved in. Parking is not an issue as well as there always seems to be a parking spot even when I come home late. Although the apartment complex is close to an airport, I have not had any issues with noise pollution. I don't have any complaints about neighbors here either. The complex either has extremely thick walls or everyone is just that quiet. There are also so many restaurants nearby since we're off of Convoy, so that is a big plus. All in all, I am happy I chose to live at this Olympus.

I have enjoyed living here from the moment I arrived. I feel welcomed, supported, and engaged. It is important to note that the staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated. (Shout out to Amanda, Rebecca, and the wonderful Cristina!) They all aim to make sure you feel you live in a community, and that they care. The maintenance staff are also super kind and helpful. A fantastic experience thus far!
